The refrigerated truck walls use a sandwich system — smooth fiberglass panels with built-in white gel coat, seamless design, reinforced with Polystyrene Foam. This creates a lightweight yet strong structure, resistant to compression, and provides excellent thermal insulation.

Carryboy Cool box walls are available in thicknesses of 28 mm, 42 mm, 60 mm, and 100 mm. Designed for exceptional strength and cooling efficiency, these panels ensure your cargo is consistently kept at the ideal temperature during transport.

     Materials

The polystyrene foam insulation is encased between two layers of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), delivering a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that is resistant to dirt and liquid spills.

We have engineered refrigerated and freezer boxes with a robust floor thickness of 100 mm, ensuring durability against impacts and optimal support for the loading of various goods.

The floor's bottom layer consists of smooth fiberglass sheets (FRP) that safeguard the polystyrene foam layer from below. The foam's upper surface is reinforced with marine plywood and two additional layers of aluminum, all bonded together using the same high-quality assembly techniques as the side and top walls of the cargo box.

     Assembly of the Refrigerated Coolbox

We assemble the entire main structure using extruded aluminum, high-quality polyurethane sealant, and a special mold-resistant sealing agent. This results in a cabinet structure that is exceptionally strong and resistant to temperature fluctuations within the refrigerated unit.
